Horrible attorney, cost a fortune because he likes to play games and file the same paperwork over and over so that the other attorney has to waste their time and their clients money responding, but the problem is that also racks up my charges. He doesn't care about his clients, he cares about billable hours.

I obtained Josh through a recommendation from a friend when I needed to obtain a new lawyer for my divorce case. He was everything I needed for my case and handled everything in a professional and compassionate manner. He helped me navigate the problems my ex husband and his lawyer were creating for what should have been a very simple and straightforward divorce. He got me more than I expected by fighting for me and what was legally mine. He also helped me after the divorce was final to get an agreement in place for a plot of land owned by me and my ex husband so that I would be legally/financially taken care of when it sells. My only regret is that I didn't switch from my original lawyer to him sooner!!! I am so happy with the results of his hard work!!!

Josh is an incredible child custody lawyer! We retained his services on a high conflict case that involved a lot of special circumstances that many lawyers wouldn’t handle properly but he handled the details of our situation in a proactive, organized way. He demonstrated understanding and compassion of our situation which is not a universal quality in all lawyers. He was incredibly swift to deal with an evolving issues that were time sensitive which greatly reduced the impact of the case on our lives. We felt confident in the services and advice that Josh provided to us and knew we were in good hands. He fought for our interests, making sure to address every single possible situation that may come up so that our agreement was clearly defined and didn’t have “gray areas”. He truly has the best qualities anyone would look for in a lawyer, someone who is not only committed to fighting for your case but also sensitive to the toll the case takes on you. We wouldn't hesitate to use his services again if needed. This is a lawyer you want on your side!
