My experiences with Todd Mohink and his office staff have been commendable. They are incredibly easy to work with, understanding, responsive and very informative. I would recommend his practice without hesitation. He gets the job done in the courtroom! His office staff are always courteous and extremely helpful. You can't go wrong hiring Todd Mohink!

Hands down, Todd Mohink is the baddest lawyer on the planet! With an extensive criminal background, I had no choice but to get the best lawyer possible. Todd Mohink literally saved me from a definite incarceration. If you need a criminal lawyer, you cannot get a better attorney. He is without a doubt the best lawyer I ever had.

Fortunately, not all divorces result in a bitter custody battle, but mine did. Marla is a highly skilled litigator who knows the law well. She is grace under pressure and an effective communicator in the courtroom. Marla displayed the highest integrity, even when the other side did not. Her focus and confidence never faltered which made my experience during several years of litigation less stressful. She was successful at two custody trials and an en banc appeal. The outcome could not have been better! She is THE attorney I would want by my side in a divorce or family law matter.

Amazing lawyer!! My husband had some serious charges NOT ONLY did he prove his innocence but didn’t brake the bank with his fee! He’s a very intelligent lawyer and knows his s***! If you want a strong defense attorney, Mr. David Putzi is your best bet. This was my first, and hopefully last, time ever being in a position to need a criminal defense attorney so I was terrified of not only the cost, but also how this would affect my future. COST: Mr. Putzi contacted me, personally, within 30 minutes of me requesting to be contacted, even though it was rather late in the evening around 8 or 9 PM. He quoted me a more than fair price, and stuck with that price to represent me. Now my particular case was fairly minor, but if you've never worked with an attorney, you may not know that many will charge as much as $500 just to meet to discuss your case, and will even charge as much as $75 per phone call, email, or paperwork filed any may charge even more if it is a weekend or evening. In addition, they may also charge an hourly rate from anywhere between $200-$400/ hour. I got NONE of that with Mr. Putzi. I paid one price, and never received a mysterious or questionable bill for anything. I am a single mother and am by no means rich, but I could afford Mr. Putzi's services. PROFESSIONALISM: The staff is extremely friendly, patient, and professional. I never had to have a call returned because someone always answered my call during their business hours. I only needed to call maybe 3x total. Everyone that answered my calls, knew who I was so I didn't have to explain my case to 20 different people before asking a question. Even Mr. Putzi himself, has answered the office phone for me. This is VERY rare when dealing with successful law offices. I never felt like I was stupid when asking simple questions about the entire process. PERFORMANCE: Like I said, I was terrified. Mr. Putzi has a very calm demeanor, and isn't extremely talkative, but do not be fooled. He is a very tough defense attorney. He will not accept anything less than what you deserve. When I first spoke to him on the phone, 2 months prior to my court date, he told me he was going to shoot for a dismissal of all charges. He did not disappoint. He rejected ALL offers other than a full dismissal, maintaining that calm, but firm demeanor throughout. Ultimately, my charges were dropped, and in due time, I will work with him again to have it expunged from my record. CONCLUSION: In all, everything worked out, and I would recommend Mr. Putzi to anyone needing an excellent, and fairly priced defense attorney.

Find the world's longest creek and send yourself all the way up, throw out your paddle, and kiss your own a$s farewell. That's precisely where I was until I hired Todd. My feelings of defeat were completely gone the moment I started talking to Mr. Mohink about my case, which he graciously took and tackled at full speed. Both he and his office were responsive and polite throughout the entire process, even joking around when the time was right to help ease my anxiety. I left court with what was undoubtedly the best possible outcome for which I could have asked, despite deserving much worse, and truly feel my outcome is a testament to both the ability and tenacity of Mr. Mohink and his office in its entirety. We retained Marla's services again due to changes that occurred since our last case finished against a high conflict ex wife.
