Great lawyer that works hard for you

Todd Mohnik provided me with excellent legal counsel. I was very pleased with the support that Todd gave me and with the result of my case. I highly recommend his services. I would not hesitate to employ his office in the future.

Trust is key. Trust IS what you get with David and his entire staff. Not only is he is a knowledgeable and reputable attorney, but he is also a really nice guy as well. The law office of David L Ruben, made a horrible experience to me very easy to get through. They walked me through every step of my bankruptcy, as well as answered any question I had no matter how big or small without me leaving a message and getting a return phine call. I thank God I found them and they helped me reestablish my life.

Great service. First off… They answered the phone on the weekend. That’s impressive by itself. Nice place to go in and do this unpleasant business. They were not judge mental but instead were helpful and friendly. Lindsay and Shelly were especially accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need. I would not hesitate to recommend their advice even if you’re on the fence. It doesn’t hurt to talk to them. And it may indeed help.

I went to Marla last minute because I could not afford an attorney early on. Although court was 4 weeks away she came to trial fully prepared and knew my case from the inside out. (My case had gone on for 5 years prior.) She took the time to really understand what was going on in my case. She was extremely honest but still gave me a lot of hope that things would turn out well for me. She is very detailed and you can tell that she loves what she does, because she's great at it. She stayed after many nights to prepare for my case as did her assistants. I could reach her anytime and she never seemed bothered, ever...and I called ALOT. She fought for me like a family member would and that is definitely not easy to find. I've had 3 attorneys in the past and they did not work nearly as hard for me or seem to care the way she did. I was very lucky to have found her and now I live with peace of mind with my custody issues. My custody case was not easy for those 5 years but she took it on with no hesitation. Don't waste your time looking for anyone else, she knows what she's doing and you will see that when you meet her.

Mr. Mohink and staff were extremely competent and supportive during a very stressful trial period. The outcome of our case was more than satisfactory.
