I got injured at work and I thought I am trying to protect my self by hiring attorney, and contact chasen and boscolo after refered by some similar attorney but does not practice in DC, and they started presenting me with contract that sounds about to victimized me financially instead, with the lawyer contract language on my disadvantage by putting lien on my house for the lawyer's fee if I lost, after they said no fee if lost the claim. I changed my mind then they tried to charge me $22.50, claimed the charge for pulling my medical record ,I did not even sign the retainer !!! Becareful with this law firm, they are not working for you, they are working on you for their own firm benefit and advantage. I might have to report this to the bar association. This firm is aggresive on you demand you to feed them. Instead of going after to the workers comp insurance company. Looks like their boss told their attorneys if you can not collect from the insurance then collect from the client.
