I was in a car accident that I thought would be cut and dry. However, my sister encouraged me to get an attorney and to use this firm. I am so glad that I did. I have a DC policy and the accident happened in MD so there were some intricate laws around that of which I was not aware of. I had a pile of medical bills and just when I thought things could not get more complicated, I started getting served legal paperwork from passengers suing me. Though my insurance company represented me on that part, Attny Levenstein worked hand in hand with them. His assistant made sure that all of my bills were taken care of and that all of my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. Although some of the questions should have actually been addressed to the other firm, I felt comfortable always going to her firs, because I knew she would answer quickly and with the correct information. She returned e-mails and calls within the same day, and often right away. I was never kept waiting for appointments. With the complex turn of events in this case, it took a lot longer than I expected. However, I was always kept informed of where we were in the process, what the possible outcomes were, and how long I could expect them to take. I would definitely use this firm again if I needed to and would recommend them.
