Doesn’t have experience

I was referred to ChasenBoscolo from a professional colleague. I can truly say I had angels watching over me with everything I have gone through in last 18 months. The accident took place at my work. It caused me not to have a full function physically with walking every day. I guess simple fall can be very bad when you are in your 40s. You don't recover well. I did not anticipate not recovering from it. I used to be an athlete. My work made me believe that all my time off came from my personal leave not from Workman's Compensation. David Snyder is my most personable and caring attorney. He was very through of all my rights and the medical treatment I should receive. I guess David could see and anticipate my recovery. Certain things that I did not. David defended me all the way from getting penalty fees from Judge because my non responsive claims adjuster that would not even respond to my physical treatment authorizations in a timely manner. Let me explain, "timely manner" not the next business day or week. We are talking couple months. David is incredibly persistent and passionate. During our busy days, we would play phone tags and he would still make time for me after 8:30 after putting his son to bed. Even During this Pandemic due to COVID-19. Ben and his team held me together when I thought the world had finally broken me. To say that you're a mess when suffering a TBI is an understatement. But they remained patient and they fought hard for me. I got the best possible outcome with my case. I worked closely with Susan, who was efficient and empathetic. The entire staff is great. Being injured is hard and recovery is a long road, but they will help you get through it.

I suffered a traumatic workplace injury, and I was facing well over a hundred thousand dollars in medical bills.
