When I questioned a violation of my HIPPA rights by their affiliate Maryland Physicians Association d/b/a Maryland Health Care, sent a fraudulent unauthorized request to my primary care doctor for my medical records, Hughie Hunt refused to take my calls and threatened they could not represent my case without those records. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY FOR PERSONAL INJURY CASES. DO NOT SIGN ANY BLANK release of information, release of medical records forms. COURTS take it very serious the confidentiality of medical information which MUST BE SUBPOENAED if necessary in TRIAL CASE. Attorneys DO NOT NEED your medical records to commence settlement negotiations.
