Buchi Offodile just assisted us with selling our apartment. He was so professional, priced the apartment above what we thought we could sell it for and did an excellent job in selling the property for us. I highly recommend him!! I pleasure to work with!!!!

Buchi worked with me to find a replacement investment property as part of a 1031 exchange. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he was easily available to view properties in the early morning, late evenings and throughout the weekends to fit my schedule. He is very customer focused and will go the extra mile with his services. We were able to find a property that met my criteria fairly quickly, and I am very satisfied with the experience. Buchi was patient and did not rush in on making decisions which on lease to own or selling of the property. He is also very knowledgeable totally responsible for himself during the transactions of completing the agreements between the interested parties.

Buchi reached out to me in regards to getting my house back on the market, of all the agents that reached out he provided a comprehensive report that helped me understand what was happening in my current area. Buchi was extremely responsive and easy going as I had issues with my past agent and wasn’t willing to sign any paperwork for our first few sessions, he understood and was willing to do the work and put in the time anyways. We loved working with Buchi, who helped us purchase our first home, a beautiful house, this past summer! He was warm, kind, encouraging, patient, flexible, and articulate. He helped walk us through the process and explained things we did not understand. When he needed to reach out to others to get answers, he did so without complaint or delay. He worked with us to negotiate/adjust the real estate agent contract to meet our needs. When our mortgage lender made an error on our qualification letter – showing us qualified for a much lower purchase than we had been told - Buchi trusted us and kept moving forward with us as the lender corrected this (rather than backing off since our letter did not match what we had told him). He showed himself to be a friend and advocate, and I bet that you would enjoy working with him like we did!
