Pendergraft is very military friendly and understanding of the service. He helped resolve my situation with ease. I received an eviction notice saying that I did not pay my rent so I reached out for help. We setup a date to meet and we gathered all pertinent paperwork. I did not have to go to court the day that I was supposed to. He handled everything in a timely manner with rapid responses via email or calls. I would highly suggest having him as your attorney if you want to get things done via landlord tenant relations. 1st I would like to Thank Gladys Weatherspoon and her team for the hard work they have put out for me to win this case. Dealing with this issue may have been the longest 8 months of my life. During that time I was very consistent with getting updates, I would call every single week (At least 2 time a week) Just to hear something regarding the case. Yes, Glady's and her team were very busy dealing with other cases but they took the time to continue to answer the same question I had from the previous weeks with no hesitation or frustration and that represented how well their customer service skills were. Approaching the trial week she had all her information ready, from back boards to show different terms that would give US a better chance to beat the case, along with a strategy on how WE would choose our jury. She made me feel like it wasn't just her handling this case but we were handling this case as a TEAM. The last day of the trial SHE KILLED IT.
