My lawyer from this law office did a really great job with negotiations. I am completely happy with the results of the negotiations. Legal matters can be time consuming, but with this law office it was not as long as I expected. A tip for people working with a lawyer: you should always be on top of your case and not just leave everything to your lawyer because he could have hundreds of cases like yours at the same time, so he just won't remember some things or be aware of certain things regarding your case. I was on my case with this law firm the whole time: I reminded my lawyer of things that were happening or that he may have forgotten. I got him the documents he needed when he asked for them, etc. I was active in trying to make my case as successful as possible, alongside my lawyer. If you want success with your lawsuit, I suggest you do the same. Your lawyer is human and he will forget things or miss things, so you need to be there to remind him and help him with your case. I would also suggest that your lawyer send out all the necessary final documents before you sign off on his pay and end your relationship with him.

Foran and Foran has done right by me. They were honest and straightforward in their dealings with me and truly fight for their clients. They referred me to a very good doctor who provided me with excellent care and stepped right in and fought for me when the insurance company refused to pay my out of pocket expenses and got them to reverse their decision. Excellent law firm… responds quickly to emails and has excellent support staff and aides who are on top of the process.
