0 Stars, 1 is WAY TOO MANY!! HORRIBLE! The cost was $6,000. We filed for Bankruptcy which was hard enough but to have a lawyer who was inadequate and useless is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. My poor wife had to deal with this awful man continuously. When we met him at court he is wearing CROCS with socks. UNPROFESSIONAL! My wife reached out to him so many times via phone or email and he almost NEVER responded. Our case was DISMISSED twice because he FORGOT to submit the required paperwork to the court. Then, my wife calls him frantically and he has no idea that our case was dismissed or missed the hearing. We have proof of everything said here. The only positive was Jackie-who was his Paralegal. She was a sweetheart but now unfortunately she is gone. She helped my wife a lot since our lawyer never did anything. This should have been written a long time ago which I am so sorry for. Nobody deserves this treatment. He was so DISRESPECTFUL!!! This is why lawyers get a bad reputation. STAY AWAY!

Mr Weiss is very professional, direct, compassionate and will be up front each step of the way-he took all the fear and anxiety away from us. Over the past 2 years I felt like my worker's compensation case was not going to go well and things were not going to work out in my favor. You never stop and think that you're going to get hurt at work, and when you do, you never imagine a worker's compensation case being such a lengthy process. I automatically thought because of how long the process took, I was just going to get messed over by the county because of course they never want you to win a case or be compensated on their dime; so you can imagine my frustration and anxiety about the whole thing. You would think because you got hurt AT work, DOING YOUR JOB, that being compensated for your injuries and the time being out of work is a no brainer. But apparently, not. Mrs. Fajer-Smith and her associates definitely took care of me and made sure all of my needs were met from step one (getting my case started & getting me set up for all the treatments I needed in regards to my injuries) and even down to the end (follow ups with the best specialist doctors to give the highest and most qualified evaluations of my injuries).
