Brian is a competent attorney, when you can get a hold of him. Left me in the lurch after promising to take my case. Huge disappointment.

What was initially a great experience, ended with a complete ghosting from Brian. I tried to contact him multiple times but he simply ignored me. What made it more uncomfortable was that it was mid-conversation. I would not recommend anything beyond an initial consultation from this lawyer, their negative reviews on Google echo this experience.

I've been trying to get rid of my timeshare for years, and after failed attempts with another firm, I decided to research online about finding a new firm. Mr. Pedergraft came up in my online search so I contacted him. Both he and his office staff were incredibly responsive and professional. In the end, he was unable to help me with my problem, BUT instead of the "sorry, good luck" response, I had gotten so many times before he referred me to someone he knew could help me AND connected us directly. Brian is a very professional and nice lawyer. I called him to get some advice on a situation I was having and he was very nice and attentive to me. He gave great advice. If I did need a lawyer he would be who I who hire!
