Brian was awesome! He explained the law to me in every detail so I understood that being a tenant I have a lot of rights! He helped me stay comfortably in my apartment and feel safe! He was accessible, quick in action and kind.

I leased a property and ran into the difficult situation of a holdover tenant. Brian very competently walked me through the process of regaining possession of the property through the courts.
