Words can not describe how amazing Erica is! Erica has been working with my family for a couple years now and I am always the first to know when something about my case happens. In the court room, there is no one I would rather have representing me other than Erica. Just like her overview says, she fights for her clients and that is an absolute fact. I can't thank Erica enough for all the dedication and help she has given my family and I the past couple of years.

She provided me with expert advice on my options for reducing my sentence, coordinated an intensive investigation to include managing multiple outside experts, and finally got my 12 years reduced to 18 months. My husband was serving a 45 year sentence with 5 years mandatory. He was looking at a mandatory release date of 2039 but with good time, etc he was looking at being out by 2029. I hired Erica for the sole purpose of the Health General for my husband. Upon Erica first looking at the case, she realized that my husband did not get credit for 475 days. After which she also noticed it was said that he was to serve his sentence consecutive (by DOC commitment) but orders by the court were given concurrent as was stated in the documents. Erica was able to get 15 years knocked off of my husbands sentence and he will be released as early as next week or as soon as commitment is able to recalculate his time! We wanted another parole Hearing Date; our situation was pretty rare However The fact that we're so young Suter was straight forward with my spouse's case she dealt with both of quite well being tactful was surprising do to most lawyers, Suter also made sure she had a clear understanding of what was being heard/said so she can make sure to take measures needed in a timely manner preparing for the worse hoping for the best. She met every guideline needed. I am highly thankful for her service; Just awaiting one last Step and that would definitely put the icing on the Cake!

Ms. Suter helped a loved one of mine, have something that he thought he would never have (an expiration date). Attorney Erica Suter found a solution that saved my life. I was returned to prison after 20 yrs on parole due to a failed urine test.
