I could fill up pages upon pages with how good of an attorney Jeremy Feldman is. As my advocate in court, he was reliable, reassuring, and, importantly, a brilliant lawyer. I know that my legal difficulties would not have been resolved as easily or successfully if he wasn't representing me. I highly, highly recommend Jeremy for any and all matters! Jeremy was fantastic. I trusted him with my case, and it paid off exponentially more than it cost me. I got into a spot of potentially significant trouble, career-ending trouble, because of a traffic stop that took a weird turn. Jeremy took what could have been possibly 2-3 years in jail or tens of thousands of dollars in fines/fees, and turned it into a less than $200 fine - something like 14 out of 15 charges outright dropped/ dismissed. I've had at least a dozen lawyers in 3-4 states in my lifetime, mostly for speeding tickets, but I've never had one that was this effective. While the results speak for themselves, I think its important to note that after just the first phone call I felt reassured about hiring him. I've had lawyers that got me the results that I wanted, but were not personable and did little to make me feel better about the case prior to the court date. Jeremy did. After I hung up the phone, I knew that everything was going to be alright.

Fast forward almost twenty years, my decision has served me well. I have grown confident not just in their results, but also in the consistency of staff and overall client experience. Good firms keep good people, and this firm is certainly no exception. That remains the case, whether its with regard to support staff, management or the lawyers themselves. Regardless whether I need Julie, a paralegal or a managing partner - the attention, response and results are always consistent.

Jeremy Feldman is as thorough as I've seen. I had a situation of an old (bad) warrant being left on file in the system and this attorney was willing to go as far as travel to Baltimore, several times, and do everything necessary to see that all the legal processes were met in order to get that warrant lifted and me released. He had also gone far and beyond in keeping my family and I fully informed on all the processes. He also was able to clear up the many complications in which I had been put through because of that warrant, including challenging an unlawful process taken by pg county police at the time when I was confronted with the this warrant. His know of the law, cases of past, and relentless research were only a few of his many strong points displayed. He is truly a very solid attorney.

My original lawyer referred me to Jeremy because P.G County police unlawfully confiscated every penny I had saved for my kids Christmas gifts due to the fact that it was more than a certain amount. Yes, that is the reason they gave me. Well none the less Jeremy stepped in the courtroom confidently and shot down every point the state tried to make. When it was all said and done the judge was impressed and made it known. No matter what kind of case you may have I'm sure everybody wants to go with an intelligent individual that is highly knowledgeable,knows the right people and will also FIGHT in the courtroom if that's what you want to do and will give it his all. I was referred to Jeremy when the attorney I originally hired was held up in a trial and unable to represent me. I had a short time to fill him in on a years-long and complicated problem with my "crazy" neighbors. I had been to court without an attorney, and finally realized I needed professional assistance to deal with the situation. When I showed up with an attorney, suddenly the neighbor wanted to make a deal. It was the first time I had prevailed and it felt great! I was so pleased, I hired Jeremy again when I got a traffic ticket that was unwarranted in severity. Jeremy helped me avoid a record that could have caused me to lose my job. Since then, He has followed up with me to let me know my options for having items expunged, which I appreciate tremendously! I will hire him again if I need to.

I consulted with, and then hired, Jeremy when my regular attorney wasn't available for an important civil matter that couldn't be postponed. He did such an outstanding job that I hired him for an ongoing domestic case that has become incredibly complicated. I feel as though Jeremy is pulling me out of a big hole step by step and has really come through in every hearing since then. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable, respected, and can handle the courtroom better than just about any attorney I've seen. Professionally I really appreciate the patient explanations of difficult legal interpretations and the summary-follow-ups he writes up after every hearing. As a client, the stress and momentum of court battles leaves you rattled somewhat, so it's great to have those recaps to memorialize what happened in the most recent hearing. I've recommended Jeremy to some friends of mine going thru a custody situation and would recommend him and his firm to anyone looking for top of the line representation.

Richard finci represented me in DC for crimal charger I was literally looking at 15 years and he was able to prove a bunch of wrong doing that the DC police and the states attorney were doing so my case got dropped , I would definitely recommend rick to anyone that's going through criminal court issues

Please stay away from this law firm. My fiancee used this firm because our home was burning caused by the neighbors. We waited one year to get a court date and the attorney filed the case in the wrong court and then have a nerve to send a bill. The judge was annoyed with the lawyer and my fiancee lost her case. Now our house is still burning and no resolution from this law firm. This law firm will smile and treat you nice but they just want you as a client and then rip you off. Do yourself a favor and find a law firm with honest and reputable attorneys and file your case in the right courts.

I realize the job of lawyers (in fact, anyone with a job that deals with clients) is stressful and demanding. But once my case was over and I needed documentation of the case and situation I contacted them several times. Giving ample time between contacts as I'm sure they are busy dealing with current cases. I hate to be demanding so I gave them plenty of time to respond (were talking months here I believe). I attempted to remind them weekly and was very patient. However, I feel like since my case is over and they have current paying clients, I have become not important enough to respond to officially.
