Len Lucchi has been Legislative Counsel to our organization, Maryland Citizens' Health Intiative, for seven years and before that was a key advisor. Len is absolutely birlliant at crafting legislation and putting together arguments for the proposed legislation. He also gives terrific advise on a wide array of policy and legal matters. I strongly recommend him for any legal work, particularly that involving public policy or legislation.
