If no stars were possible I would. I was referred to the office from DHS for child support. To a Mr. Sanford Berman. Scheduled a phone interview, i reside out of state. Appointment did not take place on time, he called me an hour later. He was Very quick on the phone and left me with "I need to do research". No retainer was mentioned. Now today I recieve a letter and to my surprise Mr. Berman wants $4750.00 as a retainer but couldn't get any names right. First my letter is address as Ms. I am married and is mentioned further down in the letter. My husband is listed but as the defendant, the actual defendant is no where mentioned in the letter. I would never pay someone that amount when they can't even copy the names from the case properly. Save your money folks. Seek legal assistance elsewhere.
