Mr Palmer did a great job with my son's case. He got the State's Attorney to put the case on the back shelf while my son finishes his program. All charges will be dropped at the end of a year as long as he stays clean and out of trouble. We are very happy with his work.

Bad experience. Worst Legal “Counsel” you could acquire in my opinion. Martin Palmer did practically nothing to help my case at all. On top of automatically assuming and telling me I WAS GUILTY and never once heard a word of what actually happened. No subpoenaed witnesses. No speaking to or attempt to speak to 3-4 reputable business owning witnesses. He read the police report and basically In so many words told me I should plead guilty and beg for forgiveness . And got me for a Swift $5,000 in the process. I know it was my choice but until you’ve been in that position, you think you can Rely on your Attorney to go the extra mile for you especially for 5k. I would DEFINITELY do some more research into a more reliable and atleast more optimistic attorney. I understand reality and optimism are different but hey , facts are facts. The law is The Law. He sends out some bogus letter about “ stand up for and don’t let anyone INFRINGE ON YOUR RIGHTS” but I firmly believe after my experience he dosent believe in or stand up for any of that. If your a True Patriot and love tor country I Would Not recommend Mr Palmer. I’d like to be clear as well that I have absolutely Zero animosity towards the state, they were doing their job. I was genuinely unsatisfied with his ability as Legal counsel. But aside from that, Very beautiful Architectural building. I think it’s late circa 1800’s☝🏼 Very historically significant if your into that kind of history like myself. I AGREE COMPLETELY With Shannon’s review!!!

I only went there twice. One for the consultation and another for a different reason, both times was a long wait for no reason, there wasn’t any one else in the place, but any ways when he stumbled about not knowing if we could subpoena any one and not wanting to get the evidence (wanted to wait till day of court to see if the prosecutor would just drop the charges) I knew we needed to find someone else to prove innocence. He just kept telling us that the judge is going to believe the trooper. So if that was honesty that’s great but he didn’t even look at all the evidence to be able to say that. We needed someone who was going to fight, and that wasn’t him.

It is my pleasure to highly recommend Martin Palmer for whatever your case may be. I was charged with a DUI where I totaled my car and blew a .21 this past winter. I am very grateful that Mr. Palmer was willing to take on such a difficult case. He walked me through the process step by step and directed me to take any classes that would help prior to the hearing. He suggested that I bring a witness or two from my AA home group which I did. The desired outcome was to get probation before judgement. Not only was Mr. Palmer successful in doing so but I walked away with unsupervised probation for a year and nothing on my record. This is more than I could have hoped for. Although there are no guarantees when one goes to court, having Mr. Palmer as an attorney, in my opinion greatly mitigates the risks.
