If your a father seeking custody of your child for legit reasons then Alison Peteranecz with Antietam Law is your attorneys. My son was 12 at the time our case went to court and in just about 8 months Alison P. took the records and evidence I had gathered over 12 years and using her evident confidence and knowledge of the law, built a solid case giving us the best chance possible going into a custody modification hearing. Obviously if you are searching attorneys, this review being father's rights focused in Wash. Co. MD, you know by now how difficult this type case can be to undertake. Antietam Law may seem like a relatively new practice but they surely know what they are doing, best of all Alison P. was easy to get a hold of and if not available she would contact back ASAP. I have learned these cases can be extremely complex = expensive, as a whole with all the attorneys I interviewed Alison P. and Antietam Law was around half the cost quoted by the other attorneys I interviewed. I can't stress enough how important it is to be prepared, organized and attempting a custody modification for the right reasons as slacking in any of those areas will cost you time and money. My particular case was a culmination of 12 years of organized documentation and that was crucial, coupled with the experience and knowledge Alison P. has we were successful in the positive change of a 12 year old childs life.
