Ali Fortmann Bailey was who I hired to represent me, and I can't say enough positive things! I've had a on and off custody battle for almost 7 years. Different attorneys, and always felt uneasy. I met with Ali one time and I knew I had to retain her to represent me. She was so laid back and positive, but knew her stuff. Ali made me feel so confident leaving just the consultation. Going into court I felt so positive and relaxed, because she made everything so smooth! She remained calm and always had such a huge smile with a reassuring attitude. My witnesses also felt more relaxed once talking with Ali before going on the stand! Ali went out of her way to listen to me, just chat and keep me calm through everything inside and outside of court, and she cares more about you than just a client. I hired Ali Fortmann Baliey for my custody battle with my son's father. Anytime a child is involved, it seems as if the world your falling apart around you and you need someone on your side who not only knows the law but will care while doing their job. Ali Fortmann helped me thru this trying time with ease and concern for not just me, but my child as well. She was and still is the most knowledgeable lawyer I've met in this town.
