Mr. Bailey represented my daughter in her criminal defense trial. He told her throughout trial prep that prosecution had nothing and trial was going to go well for her. Date of trial, another defendant made accusation against her and Mr. Bailey was totally unprepared. I asked if he'd interviewed the prosecution witnesses as prep for her trial and he said no. He talked her into taking a plea deal. Very disappointed in Mr. Bailey's effort and lack of preparation. Can not recommend his services.
