My son was desperately in need of a Defense attorney, and quickly. He was accused of a felony and 6 misdemeanor charges. I had called and left voice messages with several law offices, with not a single response. Thankfully, I was able to get through to Hutchison and McNicolls law firm. The Para Legal, Morgan took the information and was extremely personable! Mikhaila McNicolls was able to represent my son at the bond hearing. He had been arrested in Pennsylvania and his bond was set at $150,000! Mikhaila was able to get my son released on his own recognizance with no bail! Brian Hutchison then represented my son at the Preliminary hearing. He was able to get EVERY SINGLE CHARGE DISMISSED!! Don’t waste your time searching for an outstanding criminal defense team, just call Hutchison and McNicoll’s Law!!!

Mr. Harbin and his staff make difficult situations, a breeze. Speaking with other lawyers, or even attempting to, can be difficult or not even possible. This idiot was assigned to me as a public defender and did nothing but lie to get me to plead guilty and ended up getting the maximum sentence allowed by law after this jerkoff convinced me that he had a plea deal in place. Why didn’t you ever mention a binding plea agreement? I was one of your last cases before you went private and you screwed me and I thought about you everyday in prison and I didn’t forgive or forget.

I have used him twice and let me just tell you I wouldn't want ANYONE else! The first time I thought he did a great job but after this past week in court with what I got ,I couldn't of been any happier with getting probation n a suspended sentence of 6 months when I was facing a felony n decades behind bars.
