Rider has maybe the best service I’ve ever experienced from an FBO. I’ve been flying King Airs and Citations for almost 15 years, and the crew here was over the top. I flew in a Citation for a couple of days. Kate, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and kind. When we landed, three line guys came out to help with bags. On my last flight out, my passengers arrived 2.5 hours early. The FBO was very busy that day for an event, but the line guys rushed right over to the plane and even after taking 400 gallons, we were only delayed about 15 min. All in all, this is an amazing FBO and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
