At no fault of my own, I was in a three car accident in January 2020. I knew early on in dealing with multiple insurances and claim officers that I needed a good attorney! A lifelong friend of mine had referred me to Samuel E. Taylor. Sam had previously handled several accident and title cases on her families behalf. With over 30 years experience Sam has much to offer his clients, like good advice. By good advice I mean to say not to procrastinate important matters on your own behalf, like being consistent with doctors appointments, therapy, etc. In the short term taking the time to do your part as the client will be of tremendous help in strengthening your case. In the long term by doing your part it will provide the best results for you (the client) physically, mentally and monetarily. Sam has a clear and rational understanding of how to sperate possibilities from probabilities. Never making false promises yet he is always trying to achieve the most positive outcome. Sam was able to negotiate with people who were not looking out for my best interest, including my own insurance company! Although every case is different Sam was able to negotiate my medical bills and treatment to less than 1/3 of the original amount. Putting more money in my pocket after settlement.
