Updated Review: 7-8-24 Please read my first review of Andrew Dansicker from several years ago after reading my updated review from my most recent experience with Andrew! I can confirm yet again everything that I previously wrote below but let me update my thoughts because Andrew was able to work with me for over TWO YEARS in trying to get paid commissions that were owed to me by my prior employer. It was a lengthy process that involved eventually serving the employer in Florida (I'm in Maryland) and after a few twists and turns, an agreement was entered into AND I'm receiving the final payout in the next week or so. What I learned about Andrew this go around is that he was able to temper my anger about the situation with calm and resolve and also with the likely legal outcomes if we went one way versus another. Essentially Andrew kept me on the straight and narrow even when I tried multiple times to tell him to go full throttle against the employer whether I got paid or not. He didn't take the bait and I eventually got paid a portion of what I thought I was owed, versus getting paid $0 on what I thought I was owed, and that is what Andrew is so good at doing. He didn't give up, on me or my prior employer, and getting paid even a portion of what you wanted is a helluva win. My case and the amount I was owed was fairly small in the scheme of things but he still took my case on and pursued it to what is a just end. I will end this review as I did my last: Andrew is the go to attorney in Maryland. Without. A. Doubt!! Prior Review: I met with Andrew in November of 2019 to discuss my options as a commissioned employee with respect to not being paid by my employer and he was one of the only lawyers I could find that was willing to meet with me. After the initial consultation, and several emails back and forth, he was able to successfully provide me with a result that I could not have achieved, in my opinion with anyone else, and in the time frame that it was accomplished (March 2020). If you are a small fish needing a strong advocate that understands your own financial means, Andrew is the go to attorney in Maryland. Without. A. Doubt.

Without a shadow of doubt, I can honestly say that I have never met a more experienced, competent, polite, professional person in my life much less an attorney. In fact, when I needed an attorney with whom to consult, I probably contacted every attorney organization on the web, every list of attorneys from as many sources as I could find and not one attorney would assist me. I contacted at least 75 attorneys and all wanted a a huge retainer for their services which I could not afford at the time. Some of the attorneys that I contacted wanted a $30,000 retainer to take my case. However, the only attorney to call me back, consult with me free of charge, give me an honest opinion on my case, and agree to represent me on a contingency basis was Mr. Dansicker. He worked with me on finances and never once demanded any money from me. He never promised me a win in my case but promised to do the best job he could for me which he did. There is no doubt I would HIGHLY recommend him to all of my family and friends and have nothing but the highest accolades for his assistance and professionalism. He is an outstanding attorney and I am positive you will be hard-pressed to fine anyone better to represent you and work with you financially. What a wonderful person. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Dansicker. He truly is a rarity in the legal professional. It's quite rare to find a lawyer that sincerely cares about your best interest. However, Andrew truly resets the stereotype that anyone might have had towards an employment lawyer. He graciously shared his knowledge of the law regarding my circumstances and explained the legal journey before me. This only validated my initial impression of him. He gave me the confidence I needed to be as prepared as possible. His price, attitude and easy to access work ethic made this process smooth

I can't say enough about how helpful and thoughtful Mr.Dansicker and his office were during a challenging point for me personally. Andrew is a real person, straightforward and clear with his counsel when others want to tell you what you want to hear. I highly recommend Mr. Dansicker for the simple, seemingly small transactional advice to the more complicated challenges pertaining to employment law scenarios. When looking for an attorney to handle my much anticipated and long overdue divorce, I found the Website for Huesman, Jones & Miles, LLC and was impressed by the Q & A section. A lot of the questions I had rolling around in my mind were answered or addressed for my review. Because of this I felt confident this firm would be a great option to represent me through the process. Mr. Miles has guided me through a case involving a vehicle accident. His attention to my specific needs and explanation of details regarding the legal system, formerly unknown to me, were very helpful in my attaining an understanding of the process. He showed me respect by listening to my concerns, asking me questions regarding pertinent incident related occurrences, answering my questions and outlining what he would need to do in my best interest. His continuing follow-up with me, giving updates and reassurances through details, show how professional and adept he is in his field. I would recommend his firm and specifically Gary F. Miles to anyone facing a serious legal issue or court related problem.

Gary Miles has been a breath of fresh air to myself and my family. We went to him after two years (and two lawyers later) of getting nowhere in a custody battle. He listens to what you have to say and he believes in you. He is straight forward and has your best interest in mind at all times. He has given us "hope" in a situation that we thought was hopeless! He shows you respect and treats you like a friend not a pay check. He always returns your calls, emails etc. very promptly. I am grateful we found him !

Mr. Miles and his team were very knowledgeable about Contracts/Agreements law. They helped me fully understand all of my options and what they thought the best way to handle the case was. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Gary listens well and understands the client's concerns before suggesting legal approaches. He has a well grounded "real world" approach to legal issues and gives sound advice rather than seeking to increase billable time. He is a very sound advocate.

Gary has been great in helping me through the difficult process of divorce. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and has great perspective on all areas of the legal process. I would definitely recommend Gary to others seeking legal support.
