My initial contact with the law offices soon to go in a good direction with the paralegal Greg. But I had a little difficulty when they called back and that I think I need to spend more time preparing my notes with a concise email to cover everything that needed to be covered about my discrimination case. But I needed it to be almost like an elevator song. Extremely short. I get it please attendees are well respected in the area of Maryland and they have a limited amount of time cover many potential clients. So I'm learning and I'm going to try again and get back in touch with them because I think a timing has had a lot to do with situation and that I was so distraught by what happened to me and others at my workplace. So based on their reputation and quite honestly the caring manner in which the paralegal treated me I want to give it a try again. And I'll let everyone know how it goes. Thanks for reading this post obviously everyone's experience is going to vary. And hopefully I'll have more to say in the days and weeks to come.

Mr. Dansicker was extremely helpful, cordial, professional and truly a pleasure to work with when reviewing my employment contract. I expected a basic thumbs up or thumbs down on whether I should sign, but was very impressed when I received a very thorough analysis of my contract. There were no huge red flags and even though I ultimately signed his input was very informative should I ever need to go through this process again. Would highly recommend his services!

To give the best review of Mr. Dansicker and his office would be only two words, STAY AWAY. The EEOC’s determination against the company that wrongfully terminated my employment, stated they retaliated against me, and as well, denied a reasonable medical accommodation. Mr. Dansicker talked a good game in the initial consultation so I hired him to represent me in arbitration and or court if necessary. I put total trust in him and told him so. After this process started, he told me that I sent him too much evidence, but yet he didn’t point out any if this evidence or law violations to the company during the negotiation, even when the company said they did nothing wrong. He told me I was unreasonable and demanding when I questioned the 13-page agreement the company wrote, and my concerns that there were virtually no protections with many of my concerns. When the company violated the requirements of the agreement by not sending me tax documents, he took the side of the company when I notified him of this breach of contract. He even lied to me about the frequency of contact with the company. To date I am still out a lot of money due to this breach of the agreement, and appears that I will have to pay to even get what was due to me per the agreement. With this experience it seems Mr. Dansicker is only interested in a quick buck and is willing to throw his client under the bus to get that buck. STAY AWAY

Andrew was very helpful to me. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and regularly communicated with me. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

Mr. Dansicker's office was extremely professional, prompt, and quickly worked me in to their schedule. The legal advice received was exactly what I was looking for and greatly helped guide my next steps. Mr. Dansicker was extremely professional, possessed expert level of understanding of the topic(s) that were discussed, and did a great job at boiling the law down to a level that I could clearly understand. I found Mr. Dansicker to be fair in price. He was always prompt in replying to me, even days after the consult. He is very professional and was very generous with his time. At times I felt like I was being a bother to him by asking too many questions after the consult. However, Mr. Dansicker never made me feel as if I was a bother at all and was always ready to answer my questions. Overall, great experience.

Don’t waste your time. Funny some one said they were great with wrongful termination. I had same issue but they referred me to the Commission on Civil Rights.. at no time in the form I filled out or in my attachment did I mention civil rights violations. They would not even speak to me all forms and emails.
