This office handled a collections account that I needed to resolve, and they worked with my financial issues to give me a payment plan that i was able to manage. I appreciate their consideration and help.

I was calling in this office to schedule a payment for my case and spoke with a (Lori) who must have been having a bad day was very rude and unprofessional . All I wanted to do was find out information about my case as wll as submit a payment towards my debt. She kept going on and on about the same thing in an unprofessional manner. I asked to speak with the attorney and she refused. I asked if i would be able to ever speak with the attoeny and she stated "No". Very unprofessional!
