Deceived by a Maryland professional scam artist out of a valuable personal item, I needed help finding this person and reclaiming my property. Mr. Carpio told me this would be a 2 month process. Finding the person who committed the fraud and serving her with a civil complaint did take 2 months. However, once she was found, Mr. Carpio was able to persuade her to return my property, admit she was at fault, and sign an agreement to pay all my legal fees. Mr. Carpio was able to accomplish all this without going to court. An amazing result! An amazing person!
