I went with my mother to handle her green card petition. Mr.Jacob and Ms.Sandrine took me through the process and it made it look easier than I expected.
They do not rush you in anything, they notify me when anything from USCIS comes and after a year, my mother finally got her green card and she reunited with her family after a long journey!
