Alan helped me out when I was involved in a serious car accident. My co-worker recommended him to me and from the beginning he was very helpful and explained things to me very well. I was very scared and confused about what my options were and how I was going to pay for all of my medical expenses, but he helped me through this by taking the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. After fighting with the other driver's insurance company he was able to get me compensated. I was very satisfied with the experience dealing with Mr. Fawcett.
