I was hit as a pedestrian who had the right-of-way, in a crosswalk (with a walk indicator), at the time of the accident on October 18, 2021. The driver left the scene the sooner he realized I was alerting the police and reaching out for medical help via 911. He left without leaving his contact information and I can very well describe it now as a hit-and run. As luck would have it, the driver behind him saw what happened, and quickly took pics of his license plate and came to my aid. This undesirable occurrence became my ‘chance’ moment to know of Brian Timian, the sooner I was discharged from the ER. He came highly recommended by one of my students, Samuel Odegbami, and Brian has become someone I will highly recommend. In life, accidents are inevitable, but I hope no one has to experience one. Then there is Ms. Sandra Cruz, very reliable, approachable, gets great results for you, and makes it extremely convenient for you to continue with your treatment, therapy, work life, or personal life while she gets the team to work hard for you. That was how Ms. Raquel Martinez came on my radar with her skillful assistance to get me the Lost wages forms in pdf/word format. Brian and his Team are very knowledgeable about personal injury law and how to deal with insurance companies. The staff is very responsive and respectful.
