Had this attorney for a fraudulent case iniated by a corrupt tow truck company. Did a better job representing myself as that is actually what happened. Atty. Matin and the Charles County, MD, DA accepted fraudulent documentation (photocopies of altered receipts) in court as official evidence from the prosecutors. I kept asking why were they accepting photocopies of documentation. Where's the original paperwork? Ray Charles could have seen that the documentation was fraudulent! Thank goodness I had enough sense to call the company of the fraudulent documentation and proved that the documentation was altered and inaccurate. $2000 was the cost Matin charged me for defending MYSELF under his representation. Do yourself a favor and hire a competent attorney as he is not it!!!!!!!!!!
