Bill is a world class attorney. He was brought into a very contentious divorce and faced off with a less than ethical attorney and took over for an incompetent attorney. On short notice he graciously accepted taking over from an attorney that was handling the case very poorly. With every appearance the attorney I had was getting beaten up badly in court. On Mr. Burgess first appearance he turned the tables and put forth an aggressive strategy that showed the court what was actually happening. Mr Burgess got to the heart of the issues and quickly developed an outcome that would end all the frivolous motions and the other attorney “padding” the bills. While he isn’t cheap, you get what you pay for and would have better outcome had I hired Mr. Burgess right away.
