Mr. Burgess and his staff did a excellent job. I was involved in a collision with my family in the car. My Father referred to Mr. Burgess. He made it a very easy process throughout. I was also was able to get the physical therapy for my son and myself which was very important to me. Unexpected things do happen life and and Mr. Burgess was good to turn to. I am satisfied with my settlement and how my case was handled overall.

I don’t know that there’s a level for this review that I could leave to accurately describe the level of service and care I received with my case. While I was out of state in my first year at college more than 2k miles away, I was a passenger in an auto accident. Until I reached out to the law offices of Mr. Burgess I was not sure how I’d be able to afford all the medical bills and treatment I needed to recover. He helped navigate the ins and outs of all I was entitled to and helped close my case in three months flat with a favorable outcome. I can’t say enough about Mr. Burgess and his track record of results. Sadly, I’ve had to use him twice for two separate incidents (one for myself and one for my college daughter.) both times he was so professional, responsible, and delivered the best results we could hope for.
