My family has been using bill for years (10+). His team is awesome and they work there butt off for you. If you call his office after hours it goes right to his cell phone witch is awesome when your really needing his help. Bill isn’t the typical type of lawyer that just sees you as a paycheck he really sees you as a person and a friend. He talks to you like a human and listens to your needs. Bill has so many connections that there is nothing he can’t get or do for you. If your looking for a lawyer that is great and goes above and beyond and isn’t just an average type of lawyer go with bill and his team. They are truly a great firm.

Since my initial meeting with Mr. Burgess in July, I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism, concern and immediate willingness to assist me. The staff is very professional and courteous. When Mr. Burgess is out of the office when I call, he promptly returns my call the very same day. Mr. Burgess keeps me updated on my current legal case. He even calls to inquire about my health and well-being (due to my surgery in September). He seems genuinely concerned and asks if he can assist in any way. Although I am aware that he has other clients, he makes me feel as if I am his only client due to his attentiveness and responsiveness. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer.

I have been working with this law firm for the past several years now and I have always been very pleased with the services Mr. Burgess and his team have provided. Recently, Mr. Burgess was preparing me for my upcoming court case and he was very agreeable to meeting with me on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. When he arrived, I was surprised to see him walking with a crutch and maneuvering around with a significant limp due to having knee surgery several days prior. Instead of him resting his knee as advised by his doctor, he took the time to meet with me to review my case and to ensure we were prepared. During my court hearing several days later in Upper Marlboro, he was still using his crutch and was in a great deal of pain. Navigating around the court house was challenging, however this did not interfere with his determination to provide the utmost best for me as his client. I won my case and I am exceedingly grateful to Mr. Burgess and his team for making this possible. I will not hesitate to utilize his services for any legal assistance I may need in the future.
