Great service and even better were the people that work there!

Peter and Emily did a great job with my case, I couldn't ask for a better team. Everything was handled in a professional matter, all my questions were answered fully, communication was never a problem, from beginning to end I knew I was in the right hands. I was referred by a friend of mine who spoke very highly of them. McGowan and Cecil is the way to go. More than satisfied with their work. I actually got more than I signed for ! My family and me were hit from behind in a car accident. We live in MD, and we heard about McGowan & Cecil, so we went to ask for advice, and we couldn't have gotten any better.
