I had paid my moving violation ticket and the points were already on my driving record.
Instead of advising me (correctly) that there was no recourse, Mr. Azari charged me $500, pled guilty, and got me a PBJ. Under DC law, the points stay when one pleads guilty in court - Mr. Azari is unaware of this or did not do his homework.
The whole exercise was pointless (except that Mr. Azari made money out of it).

Azari was wonderful, they take the stress out of the entire accident situation. Took care of the “at faults” insurance company & just came to me with updates consistently.
