I had paid my moving violation ticket and the points were already on my driving record.
Instead of advising me (correctly) that there was no recourse, Mr. Azari charged me $500, pled guilty, and got me a PBJ. Under DC law, the points stay when one pleads guilty in court - Mr. Azari is unaware of this or did not do his homework.
The whole exercise was pointless (except that Mr. Azari made money out of it).

Mr. Azari was recommended to me through a friend of a friend and I am happy to say he was definitely worth it. He was extremely helpful and resourceful throughout the entire process. He communicated very well and got back to me as quickly as possible. I was stressing out a lot but he always remained calm and told me exactly what to expect and brought relief to every situation. He is very well versed, highly respected and absolutely kills it in the court room! I would recommend him to anyone that needs a lawyer. He was the best!
