While I didn't engage Ms. Briscoe I'm pretty confident she is thorough and very capable. I'm in Illinois and was looking for a Maryland lawyer to prepare a simple deed for MD property. I talked to several real estate lawyers. She was the most informative, complete, and just pleasant. This is a person who loves her work.

Baldwin Briscoe and Steinmetz is one of the premier law firms not only in only in Southern Maryland but I believe the entire states. My wife used them for family law matters. I have used the office for for a will. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Sam is excellent his wealth of experience will guide you at every turn putting you at ease even when this seem to get rough. The bottom line is Baldwin Briscoe and Steinmetz have my highest recommendation for anybody who has a legal issue.
