I want to thank Rebekka for helping me on 2 different occasions. She went above and beyond to help me with my custody case. My previous lawyer was not willing to do half the things Rebekka did when I hired her. With her help, I was able to get everything I asked for and more. First, I want to make it clear I rarely write reviews but with my experience with this law firm I had to share my experience. I want to thank Rebekka publicly for the amazing work she did on my case. She definitely went above and beyond IMO and made me feel as if I was her only client. She’s responsive to any questions you’ll have, and if she’s handling another case she will respond back quickly. Granted she’s not cheap BUT she’s worth every penny! I will not hesitate to seek her assistance in the future.

I want to share my utmost appreciation and gratitude to David Weigel. My ex husband and I have been in a VERY lengthy court battle for YEARS. Recently, my fiance was granted a temporary peace order against my ex, for a haneous crime that he committed against us. We decided we needed to make this peace order stick, and couldn't risk losing it. Unfortunately, we were left with two days to find someone to represent him. David took my fiance on as a client the day before we were set to go to court. David spent a considerable amount of time speaking with us over the phone before we met in person the next day. David explained the legal process to us and what we should expect in court. He was very thorough and sympathetic to our situation. With his knowledge and professionalism, as well as the way he handled himself in court, we were able to be granted our final peace order. I could never express just how thankful I am for what this man did for us in less than a day of knowing our situation.

Don't seem interested in my business. It took about three calls, leaving messages with no response. Finally got through and was disappointed. I belong to a legal plan Legal Shield and wanted this firm to be associated with them. They are near my location and would help tremendously.

My name is Richard Staddon and I initially wrote a review about Dugan, McKssick, & Longmore. When the review was posted I was upset. It seemed that my calls were not being taken seriously and did not receive a return call in a timely manner. For some reason when the call did come I guess we did not hit it off to well. Every place one calls you hear about COVID and the longer than normal wait times and lack of staff etc... So upsetting to say the least. However, yesterday the 1st of February I pleasantly received a follow-up phone call from the office manager, Megan Phillips. She was concerned that my initial experience was not favorable. We had a very nice conversation and felt good after the call. Though the firm still could not partner with my Legal Plan, due to cost structures, I knew that if things would ever changed I would be glad to do business with this firm. Her phone call yesterday said a lot

Rebekka Hutchins was my attorney for my Custody modification which wasn’t easy. Rebekka was simply amazing. She is down to earth, supportive, witty and is the right person to lead you through , what can be, such a difficult process. She works well with the opposing legal parties, is extremely knowledgeable... you cannot go wrong! I also sought Rebekka’s legal counsel for a protective order against someone for safety and I could not be more thankful to have her by my side. She was nothing less than amazing. She is just as well versed in criminal law as family law. I would not hesitate to call Rebekka for any legal guidance or support! She is definitely my go-to!!!
