As a retired Washington, DC Police Officer I had the unfortunate encounter with a PG County Police Officer who issued me 3 traffic citations. I decided to let the court hear my explanation and searched the web for what I felt was the best attorney for my situation.....with out any reservation I selected Seth Okin to represent me. Late this summer 2017 I got a speeding ticket in regards to unsafe lane changing and reckless driving on the new ICC connecter by exit 8. There were two vehicles blocking me from making an exit towards Olney exit 8, when I got the chance to break away a un uniformed police officer pulled me over and sited me reckless driving, unsafe lane changing and going over the speed limit. I thought it was a bit unfair as the cop was behind me and saw how the two cars in front me blocked me from making my exit. I hired Seth to handle a speeding ticket I got in Washington county. I live in Montgomery County and did not want to make the drive up there. Seth took care of everything and definitely knew what he was doing. He was always available and quick to respond. He got the speeding ticket dismissed which was better than I expected.
