Ed Clay is one of the very few estate planning attorneys who create a trust for you and makes sure you have stuffed all your assets into the trust. Most attorneys will create a trust for you and they are finished. Mr. Clay asks us for a list of our assets and we have to update it yearly. His Power of Attorney is updated every few years. Working with Mr. Clay everything is up to date in case one of us is sick or dies. Also, we are very comfortable working with the Ed Clay Law Office.
