I called to ask a couple questions. John returned my calls promptly and was FANTASTIC in making me feel comfortable! We resolved my issue in less than a week! John was amazing, fantastic, and knew what he was talking about. I am so relieved to be done with my issue and don't feel like I was taken advantage of, ignored or not listened to.
