Mr Renner, and his staff, were very courteous and professional. Mr Renner listened to my concerns and needs, and fully implemented them. I was able to return within a few days to sign and pick-up my documents. The fee was quite reasonable as well. I recommend Mr Renner's expertise and service.

For years I had put off making a will and estate planning. I made a decision to contact Mr Renner, and after doing so I wondered why I had waited so long. I found him to be down to earth, straightforward, he gave good and practical advise, was prompt, and professional . His office is easy to find and the office staff could not have been nicer.

Tom was professional in his updating our wills, financial power of attorney and medical power of attorney. He was thorough in asking questions so we got the finished product that we wanted. Mr. Renner aggressively applied his skills to creating a will that is thoroughly in line with my wishes. He was patient in explaining all aspects of the will including what was and was not possible. He coordinated the legalities of the will on the phone with my financial preparer so that beneficiaries of the annuities and those mentioned in the will lined up perfectly allowing no ambiguities at the time of dispersement. This has allowed me 100% peace of mind, and I am grateful for that.

My husband and I have worked with Tom for several years updating our wills, POA's and health care directives. A few years ago I had to move my mother to MD from Florida and needed assistance with her will, etc., Tom was very prompt in assisting us. He also responds to emails and phone calls very quickly. Tom has proven to us that he genuinely cares about us as people with needs before being clients. I highly recommend him!

Tom prepared wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents for my parents. He then helped me and my siblings settle their estate when they passed. Tom is knowledgeable, trustworthy, thoughtful, responsive, loyal, and kind. We used Tom to help us with the sale of a business. He did a great job helping us navigate through the process! He was always available to answer our questions and was very quick and efficient getting us the things we needed. We had to draw on his experience for several things that came up during the process. We were able to talk through the scenarios with him and he had a couple good solutions that we didn't think of.
We will continue to use him and would definitely recommend him.

I have known and consulted Mr. Thomas Renner since 2003. Initially Tom was referrred to me while he was at a large Maryland firm. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I also immediately found him to be very personable, approachable and friendly. A pleasure to work with. Initially Tom set up a few family Trust's for me and advised.
