Initial contact was with an efficient and professional office staff. My recent contact with Craig Ingram concerned questions I had about a deed he help me with nearly 8 years ago. Yet he answered my questions quickly, thoroughly and professionally. He is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating.

Craig Ingram's office has a courteous and professional staff. They have a quick turn around time. They always accommodating to my scheduling needs. Really great to work with.

We have recommended Craig Ingram, Attorney At Law, for over 15 years to our real estate customers and have never had a problem. Why? Because Craig and his staff are so thorough in their research. When a buyer comes to the closing table Craig discloses any encroachments, zoning issues, restrictions, violations, etc. When that buyer walks away he/she know exactly what they have purchased. We have also used Craig for our personal business and have been extremely satisfied. He is knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. You cannot go wrong using Craig Ingram, Attorney-At-Law, for any real estate needs.

I am very unhappy with a real estate closing conducted by this office. They took 5 full days (3 business days) after closing to wire my mortgage payoff, costing me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary interest. Living far from this office, I did not attend settlement, but overnighted my signed documents to the office before closing. I did not receive countersigned copies of my closing documents for approximately 20 days after closing and only after following up and requesting them. This office was selected by the buyer, but I paid this attorney a closing fee and additional fees to handle the mortgage payoffs. I asked if they believed they earned the fees they charged me and that question went unanswered. I would not recommend this office.
