Well, what can I say? Being on vacation often brings out the silliness, which in Ocean City can easily get you arrested. Steven Rakow not only was there to protect my best interest, but did so in a gracious approach of humanity, empathizing with me and my situation, and never making me feel belittled, helping mitigate the shame that came along with my arrest. Having a non-condescending attorney who is not only fighting for you for the win, but to truly protect your future from the egregious implications that could potentially have lifelong effects is not only reassuring for yourself, but your belief in the justice system as a whole. Sometimes people can be wrong, and it's not about denying anything, it's about making sure the punishment fits the crime, and having someone with strong moral character stand by your side when your fate is made is of upmost importance when choosing an attorney to represent you. I contacted Steve Rakow at the end of last year and asked if I could retain him as my attorney.
