From the second I contacted Rich to the moment my case got thrown out Rich did everything he could and more. Not only did he represent my case but he also respresented me as a person. If I had questions they were promptly and thoroughly answered. If you find yourself in a jam, Rich Brueckner is the man!

I hired Richard for my DUI case. From the first time I talked to him on the phone, I knew I wanted him to represent me and he couldn’t have been any better! I have depended upon Rich Brueckner's legal counsel several times and his sharp mind and experience (as both a prosecutor and a private attorney) have proven invaluable. He's the only lawyer I've given a written recommendation for and probably the last. Rich's integrity and strong work ethic are worth every penny. Being in court sucks and you need someone who knows their stuff! I'm sure there are other good lawyers out there but very few that have Rich's prosecutorial record. That means he knows the law, the local prosecutors and the judges like few people can. No one can give you that experience. You have to earn it.

I was so very fortunate to select Richard Brueckner as my attorney. If he doesn't answer a text or call immediately, which is most of the time, he will get back to you within hours. Richard made me feel like I was his only client. I was amazed at the updates and the negotiating he did to lessen my sentence. Richard recommended I make a binder of my life, which I did and it helped Richard humanize me to the prosecutor, the husband who attacked me, but became the victim, and to the judge.
