Connecting with Rich was the best thing that happened! I orginally talked and decided to retain a different attorney before crossing paths with rich. During that time I was completely in the dark and confused on what was going on and what I should expect with my case. My partner had spoke with Rich and connected us and on a weekend he took the time to speak with me and go over all of my questions and concerns with what I was dealing with. He not only listened to me panic because I have never been in trouble and was extremely scared, but was able to turn that panic into calm. I knew exactly what I needed to do to get the outcome that he promised and delivered on. I am so appreciative of Rich, and grateful for the amazing service. I cannot recommend Rich enough!!!!

Although my case may not have been as big as others, I was involved in an auto accident where I was struck directly on the driver's side while sitting in the hospital parking lot waiting my turn to exit. I was stuck so hard that I had blacked out. I came to and saw a large crowd across the street of people looking and then I saw the woman who hit me change seats from driver's side to passenger. I had the sad luck of a rookie city cop who did not have his body camera on, who didn't even check if the woman had been drinking or drugging, who did not get any statements from the many people who had witnessed the accident. He gave her a warning because she said the sun was in her eyes. I was loaded in the ambulance and taken to the ER. I originally tried to figure out what to do because of my injuries and I myself had gone 6 times to the City of Salisbury police department to get a correct accident report. After about 2 weeks of trying to get that straight, I came home one night and a City of Salisbury police vehicle was there..it was the Captain and the Rookie cop who sat at my dining room table to apologize for the many errors this Rookie had made. I talked to a few people and they all said I needed a lawyer. I contacted a firm that referred me to Bishop Law Group. Honestly I can't believe that something like this would happen in a hospital parking lot and when I contacted Bishop Law Group I was treated like, yes what happened to me was wrong and they were willing to take my case. I had the pleasure of working with Brian Bishop and he always returned my calls or my texts to answer any questions or concerns I had.. the accident was right before Covid hit in 2019. I had all the MRI and CT scans etc etc but couldn't get any treatment because Covid had taken over. Brian and I in my opinion developed a friendship during the 4 plus year's of this case. I can get pretty upset and the stress of all of this was just something I had never been through. Brian was there for me and he learned to understand me and truly listen to my concerns and always communicated with me. We even shared some laughs! I know I'm being long winded but that's just how I am. If EVER I needed an attorney again I know that if I contacted Mr Brian Bishop that he would be there for me. He is genuine and understanding and that means so much when you are going through whatever reason you need an attorney. Thank you Brian for all of your hard work and for putting up with me. You truly are a wonderful person and I can't thank you enough for all your hard work.
