5 STARS ALL DAY!! Can’t say enough about these guys and gals. They were TRULY helpful, professional, and personable from start to finish.

My accident happened 07/09. This lawyer was recommended by a friend. They wasted my time and are very unprofessional. The communication was completely non existent. After finally getting a call despite all my calls, I thought we were getting somewhere. I discovered through ALLSTATE they sent a letter of discharge which prompted me to call them. I was told there was no physical therapy despite the injuries that were treated at the doctors. The process could have been much smoother and better communicated to have a place of resolution versus months of sitting in limbo. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and I couldn’t disconnect the line quick enough. They showed who they were as a firm from the beginning and it’s my problem I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I love when a business tries it. I love to tussle to a degree. Save that nonsense for gullible people. You didn’t attempt to contact me. None of your non existent calls went unanswered. In fact, I have a log of how many times I have contacted you all trying to follow up with what was going on. Like I said, from the second conversation it was clear you all lack professionalism and it was my foolishness to stay. Define treatment because I have proof of all of that. Considering Allstate finally reached out upon receiving your letter I would think the dropped ball was on your end with them as well. I don’t like the firm or the way you conduct business. Save the drama for your future clients my love. My life goes on but the stain you all have will remain. I saw you tried it with the other person who shared their experience. I have time and receipts, know who you’re trying before you attempt to cover your rear ends with false statements. I have receipts, do y’all. Poor business, ethics and practices. This was the fastest response ever. Attempt to translate that into your firm because the stains will add up ringing in more coins for other lawyers. Allstate sounded disgusted with the communication from y’all as well. That says a lot! They didn’t even know four minors were in the car. Be really serious because the response is all false!
