Beware of this law firm, they are not sharks they will settle and not want to fight.They made me give them a 5 star review before I left their office when I picked up my check which was a whopping 3000$ on a tractor trailer case! They were so unprofessional I couldn't get any answers. The tractor trailer accident I was in the opponents inurance accepted 100 % fault . He failed to yield when I was going through an intersection and hit my back passenger side which caused me to spin out into oncoming traffic into a guard rail . I would call this law firm repeatedly and could not get ahold of anyone ever until they would contact me with an update on my case which was almost a year and a half later. The paralegal that was handling my case was very rude when I did get a chance to talk to her. I did all my physical therapy everything was in order again company accepted 100%fault, Killian just wanted to take the first offer and not fight. They had no investigation on the tractor trailer/driver such as log book, load size, brakes, etc which is all a huge factor in tractor trailer claims. This law firm is a joke and don't believe any good reviews they probably made them write a 5 star review before they left their office as well.
